Terms of service

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). An order is accepted once we confirm it with you. We may cancel an order if we can't reach you or if there is a pricing or stock error.

Your designs

You promise that you own, or have permission to use, every image, logo and piece of text you upload, and that it doesn't break anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, and isn't unlawful or offensive. We may refuse or cancel any order that does not meet this.

Print quality

Final print colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Low-resolution files may print blurry; the designer warns you when a file looks too small, but the choice to go ahead is yours.

Delivery and payment

See our shipping policy for timelines and charges. Payment is by cash on delivery unless an advance payment is requested at checkout.

Returns

See our returns and refunds policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
