Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh through our courier partner.

How long it takes

Because each order is printed after you place it, please allow 2–4 working days for printing. After that, delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka, 2–3 days in the Dhaka sub-areas and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge depends on where you live and is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on delivery

You normally pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready and make sure your phone is switched on so the rider can reach you.

Order confirmation

We confirm each order by phone, SMS or WhatsApp before printing. Please make sure the number you give us is correct.
